Provide constructive feedback on why the work does not meet your expectations, so we can either make necessary adjustments or understand your concerns fully.

3. Refund Process
If you request a refund:
We will first attempt to resolve any issues by revising the work or making adjustments to meet your satisfaction.
If, after revisions, you remain dissatisfied, we will issue a 100% refund for the service provided.
The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the transaction. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund:
Services that have been approved and completed according to the original agreement but where the client later changes their mind about the scope or direction of the work.
Payments for third-party services or external costs incurred during the marketing campaign, such as ad spend, which are not refundable.
